Our unique service model with personalized advocacy has earned world-class Net Promoter Scores and won two consecutive Gold Stevie® Awards. Our client base has grown to more than 450 groups. I’m proud to say that, even after all these years, we have no real competition because no other company can replicate what we do. LaborFirst created this solution, we set the standard, and we continue to lead the way.
That’s why we have renamed our core solution for Group Medicare plans as RetireeFirst—and we will continue to put the needs and satisfaction of retiree members first. This is one step of a larger vision.
As our company grew over the last decade, our clients kept asking if we could extend our award-winning service model to their full member population. For the past year, we’ve been building HealthActive, a LaborFirst solution for active working members. I’m excited to announce our two solutions as we unite under a LaborFirst corporate brand that speaks to our founding mission, heritage, and strong bonds. We’re one company providing two solutions that support and guide members along their healthcare journey:

- HealthActive – Our new healthcare navigation and advocacy solution for active working members and pre-65 retirees on self-insured health plans
