LaborFirst was founded by John P. Dulczak who grew up in a multi-generational Teamsters household. John saw a gap in support for members trying to understand their benefits and make informed decisions. After watching his family struggle, John launched LaborFirst with a mission to do right by members and their loved ones.

Understanding the needs of labor unions, and getting members the care they need, is who we are and what we stand for.
