David Zawrotny

Chief Service Officer

As Chief Service Officer, David oversees all Client and Member service functions at Labor First. This includes oversight of the member advocacy team, eligibility, member engagement and client services team. He is intricately involved in the client implementation process and ongoing service strategies to ensure smooth transitions and ongoing member support. Mr. Zawrotny graduated with honors (Magna Cum Laude) from Franklin and Marshall College and obtained his MBA in Finance from the University of Michigan.

David has worked with many fortune 500 companies including DuPont, Bristol-Myers Squibb and Moen Faucets/Fortune Brands in strategy, benefits and development. In 2009, Mr. Zawrotny joined Labor First and developed the member advocacy team to deliver a truly unique concierge service for members. David also was interictal in bringing to life Labor First’s client service and implementation philosophies as well as developing many of the company’s internal policies and procedures around compliance, privacy and security.
