David Zawrotny

Chief Service Officer

As Chief Service Officer, David oversees all administrative service functions at Labor First. This includes oversight of the member advocacy team and client services team. He is intricately involved in all implementations and ongoing service strategies to ensure smooth transitions and ongoing member support. Mr. Zawrotny graduated with honors (Magna Cum Laude) from Franklin and Marshall College and obtained his MBA in Finance from the University of Michigan.

David has worked with Moen Faucets/Fortune Brands developing a strategy to deliver consistent benefits for their 24,000 employees across the U.S. In 2007, Mr. Zawrotny joined a regional health insurance company that specializes in the labor market. There he managed five Taft-Hartley Health and Welfare clients totaling $8.9M of company revenues. Since joining Labor First, Mr. Zawrotny has developed the member service, account management and implementation departments as well as developing many of the internal HIPAA, ERISA and DOL compliance policies.
